[theqoo] MIN HEEJIN SUING HER HATE COMMENTS

"Civil lawsuit and criminal lawsuit, what impact would they have on my workplace?"

I’ve been sued in a civil case by Min Heejin. There was a comment on Min Heejin’s post, and I replied to that comment saying, “She’s the type of b**** who uses situations to her advantage, that’s the most dangerous kind ㅋㅋ”

The original comment has been deleted. I’ve been sued for 4 million won in a civil case. Could a criminal case also be filed? Looking at news articles and other cases, civil lawsuits related to this person seem to result in damages in the hundreds of thousands of won unless the comment is extremely severe, so I’m not too worried about that.

What I’m really concerned about is whether, if a criminal case is filed, my workplace would be notified.
