Hello, I'm Min Heejin, CEO of Ooak Records.

I heard the court's decision today. First of all, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the court for resonating with me through a long trial process. In addition, I would like to express my gratitude to many people who trusted and supported me for a long time despite it being someone else's business.

The past two years or so have taught me so much. Looking back, I think I worked insanely hard before the conflict, but I didn't really enjoy it. Ironically, this dispute has made me realize how much I love work and how precious it is to me.

It was a difficult process, but it was a valuable journey because it was a time to protect the essence of what I love the most: creation and production. Even though it was a pain that I never wanted to go through, I think that the pain was not completely bad.

I salute the court for the legitimacy of the shareholder agreement through the judiciary's judgment, and I hope this decision will serve as a tipping point for self-purifying and improving our K-pop industry. I hope it served as a reminder of how severe contracts and promises are in the K-pop industry and whether it fully represents the creators' position. In addition, I would like to send my condolences and encouragement to those who are confronting various absurdities out of sight.

I am sorry to the fans and industry officials who must have felt tired unintentionally during the conflict. I hope that Hive and I will now consider together how the industry we are involved in can continue to be healthier, beyond each other's feelings and past disputes.

Once again, I would like to express my indescribable gratitude to the fans and Ooak Records family for worrying about me more than I did for a long time. The fans saved me, and thanks to you, I was able to prove it by holding out until the end.

Now I want to get rid of the exhausting conflict in my life. I'm going back to where I am now. Not to beat anyone, but to do what I want the most, what I love the most, what I do the best, which is to inspire everyone and create a new culture.

Okay, I believe that the only thing I have to do now is to realize the blueprints I've been drawing with Records one by one, and to provide a strong fence for our creators and artists to unleash their talents to their fullest.
