But later, one of the editors left the company, so now there’s only one person left editing. To be honest, I really feel bad for them. There’s just too much piled up so much content waiting to be edited. I understand the pain of editing, I really do. Especially when things pile up like that, it’s really tough.

I often bring this up to the company. I’ve told them, why not hire more people? I mean, if you keep doing this, isn’t it basically pushing the one remaining person to the limit? One day they’ll be completely exhausted, how are they supposed to keep editing like that, right? I really have raised this issue with the company. I don’t know about other teams, but for our team, there’s only one person left.

When we were filming Summer Talk, at least back then there were a whole bunch of staff members.

1. Center 2 needs to hire more people.... That or create an environment where people don't turnover this much..
