[instiz] I'M SURPRISED THAT I'M NOT D**D AFTER SLEEPING 2~3 HOURS A DAY

Some days I can’t fall asleep, so I force myself to sleep for just 2 hours. If I go to work after only 2 hours of sleep, I come home and completely pass out because I’m so exhausted. But then I wake up after about 3 hour, and I can’t fall back asleep again.

Even today, I passed out at 9pm and just woke up, and now I can’t sleep, it’s driving me crazy. If this keeps happening and I pull an all-nighter and then go to work, I’ll come home in the evening, pass out right away, sleep for 2–3 hours, wake up, and then not be able to sleep again. It just keeps repeating.

How do I fix this? It’s honestly fascinating that I haven’t d**d from sleep deprivation.

1. If you keep going like that you'll eventually have a heart attack 

2. It's definitely gonna catch up to you in the future

3. Shouldn't you start taking some sleeping pills? ㅜㅜㅜㅜ

4. You're still young, so won't d*e, but you're shortening your life 

5. Then later, it'll hit you in one go or you'll feel something wrong with your body, whether it's stamina or something else

6. It's easier to d*e from lack of sleep than from lack of food... It's all building up in your body, so try to fix it by taking medicine or going to the hospital. It's really dangerous.

7. Don't you get headaches?? There's no way... 

8. Me too, I sleep around 4 hours a day and I'm shocked I'm alive... But I still sleep more on rest days
