1. Mother-in-law and daughter-in-law conflicts (still prevalent)
2. Infidelity (including same-s*x affairs)
3. Apartment-related issues (failed fortune gifting, financial problems)
4. Misrepresentation of occupation or income
5. Attitude toward wedding preparations
6. Suddenly becoming a filial son/daughter (T/N: to their own parents)"

1. Number 6, seriously ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ In Confucianism, true filial piety is about showing basic respect even to your partner's parents too, but this is just the type who only takes care of their own parents and runs their mouth calling themselves a "filial child" ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ And number 2... they should just allow same-s*x marriage so they can marry each other... what did their future spouse ever do to deserve that?ㅠㅠ
2. That "suddenly filial" oneㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
3. What's with #6?ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
4. There is someone around me who broke off an engagement because of #6. It was honestly awful
5. "Suddenly becoming a filial son/daughter"ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
6. I can't believe that even in our days, there are so many cases of #1 and #6 (I'm not nitpicking what the expert is saying, I just find it dumbfounding)
7. I almost broke off my engagement because of #1
8. I thought this kind of thing only happened in the job market these days, but it's actually quite common for people to pretend to be permanent employees when they're really just contract or temporary workers. In fact, I once witnessed a call center agent who pretended to be a bank employee, leading to a breakup just one week before the wedding
9. But still, breaking off an engagement is 100x better than getting a divorce
10. 6. That f*cking f*cker suddenly tells me to go to the bathhouse with his mom, hold her hand, do the dishes, and perform ancestral rites, acting like a total *ssh*le. So I told him, "If you feel so sorry for her, why don't you get a s*x change and take care of her for the rest of your life?" F*cking hell. I'd never seen him go back to his parents' house before, and he hadn't even set a wedding date yet. Is he thinking about getting married soon? The moment I thought that, he suddenly started acting like a total f*cker, like he'd switched personalities or something. Since we were going to break up anyway, I checked out his mom out of curiosity, but it was just a classic case of "mother and son, same old story."
