 No no it's actually to appeal to female fans... Women really like them

Whenever Japanese girl groups hit the trending page,

I often see comments claiming their outfits are childish just to pander to middle-aged men, so I decided to write this post

Plus, the groups mentioned in this post actually have more female fans these days

Girls in their teens and twenties love this stuff... It’s not some niche, obscure taste, at least not within Japan

These are groups that actually enjoy a fair amount of mainstream popularity.
