Rumors began circulating about a year ago that Timothee, who had worked continuously with "Relevant PR" (a top-tier industry firm) since the very start of his career, had fired his PR team and hired a friend in their place.

Immediately following this change in PR representation, he began spouting a series of controversial remarks and became embroiled in various scandals, to such an extent that posts titled "The Importance of a PR Team" even began appearing on domestic online communities.

The situation escalated further just before the Oscars, when he faced public criticism, even from industry peers, over his comments regarding ballet and opera; however, while attending the Oscars ceremony, he was photographed seated alongside a veteran publicist from "Relevant PR."
