On the 1st, Byun Yohan's agency Team Hope stated, “The wedding photos currently circulating online were never taken.”
Recently, posts titled ‘Byun Yohan and Tiffany's Wedding Photos’ were shared and spread widely across online communities and social networking services (SNS).
The post contained a photo showing Byun Yohan in a pink suit and Tiffany in a matching pink wedding dress, both holding bouquets and smiling brightly. On either side of the couple, Girls' Generation members dressed in gowns are seen looking at the bride and groom and offering congratulations.
Netizens who saw the photo congratulated Byun Yohan and Tiffany on their marriage, but some netizens suspected it was a composite.
As the photo was revealed to be an AI-generated composite, some netizens reacted with comments like, “The technology behind AI composites that look so real is scary.”
