Regarding his fan meeting tour held last January, Kangin mentioned his new song, saying, “I’m grateful to have been able to kick off my fan meeting tour this year in the Philippines,” and added, “At that event, I had the opportunity to briefly play a song I wrote for the fans, even though it wasn’t quite finished yet.”

When asked what prompted him to release the new song, Kangin explained, “Thanks to the support you showed me at the event, I found the courage to properly present this song to you all. I had a lot of doubts, but thinking of the fans who have waited so long, I decided to release it as a digital single.”

Kangin continued, “I believe that both the moment I was able to sing again and the release of this album are all thanks to you. I am truly grateful. I will do my best to greet you all with an even better image in the future," he said, expressing his gratitude to his fans.

Meanwhile, Kangin left the group in 2019 following incidents in 2005 involving an assault dispute and two hit-and-run accidents while driving under the influence, and took time to reflect. Since then, he launched a YouTube channel in July 2023 and has been continuing to communicate with his fans.
