[theqoo] I-DLE, 'ENTIRELY' CANCELS SHOWS IN 10 CITIES IN NORTH AMERICAN

All of I-DLE's (Miyeon, Yuqi, Shuhua, Minnie, Soyeon) North and Central American concerts on their world tour have been canceled.

According to a MyDaily report on the 20th, it has been confirmed that all dates for I-DLE's fourth world tour, “Syncopation,” in Canada, the United States, and Mexico have been canceled.

I-DLE kicked off their world tour in Seoul last February and has since performed in Taiwan and Thailand. They were scheduled to perform in Australia, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong, and for the entire month of August, a total of 10 cities across three countries were planned, starting with Hamilton, Canada, and continuing through Newark, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Orlando, San Antonio, Los Angeles, Oakland, and Seattle in the U.S., and Mexico City in Mexico. However, the sudden cancellation of the entire tour sparked significant curiosity about the reason behind it.

In response, Cube Entertainment told MyDaily, “After comprehensively considering our global activity direction, local schedules, and various conditions, we have decided to reorganize the North and Central America tour,” adding, “We are preparing to meet local fans with more polished performances and diverse activities in the future.”

I-DLE has confirmed a domestic comeback this coming July, and with the cancellation of the North and Central America tour in August, they will now be able to carry out their activities with more flexibility.
