I've been doing face masks every other day for 3 weeks now, and I was shocked to see my face glowing.

1. I eradicated my acne after cutting out dairy. People with adult acne should absolutely stop eating things like Greek yogurt or lattes

2. My skin barrier broke down for a week after I finish getting Rejuran hyaluronic acid injections, but my skin feels soft and nice right after getting PRP, so I plan to keep getting PRP from now on 

3. I stopped eating flour and milk... and now my skin is without blemish 

4. I do 108 bows every day at the temple, I'm a vegetarian, and exercised a lot

5. Added another layer of toner and applied a generous amount of cream. I realized my skin was really dry 

6. It got so much better after my trip abroad, but now that the semester has started, it's back to square one. I wonder what the problem was..

7. After returning from a week-long trip to Vietnam, my skin was glowing for about a month, so people kept asking why my skin looked so good

8. My skin got really good after I stuffed myself with ripe cherry tomatoes while packing them on my working holiday

9. I started wearing a mask and not wearing makeup, just applying sunscreen during COVID, and my skin improved

10. Not eating flour-based food is the best
