CBX (Chen, Baekhyun, Xiumin) is also leaving the embrace of Cha Gawon.

According to a report by <The Fact> on the 10th, singers Chen, Baekhyun, and Xiumin sent a certified letter to the CEO of Cha Gawon INB100 in late March, notifying him of contract termination and demanding a response regarding breaches of contract, including unpaid settlements. Although two more weeks have passed since then for a response, CBX has not received a satisfactory answer.

INB100 is a company established by Baekhyun as he prepared to leave SM Entertainment. Subsequently, in May 2024, it was absorbed as a subsidiary of One Hundred, a company co-founded by CEO Cha Gawon and MC Mong. Afterward, CEO Cha became the largest shareholder and led INB100 alongside One Hundred and Big Planet Made Entertainment.

However, despite receiving tens of billions of won in advance payments for signing large-scale contracts utilizing CBX's IP, CEO Cha drove the company into a state of complete capital impairment. It has been determined that unpaid settlements to CBX amount to billions of won. Furthermore, by failing to pay costs to partner companies and staff, CBX is now in a situation where normal activities are difficult.

In this regard, CEO Cha Gawon's side told The Fact, "We are striving to normalize the company. We will try to resolve the situation, even if it means receiving additional investment or using our personal funds."
