1.If you've been caught 5 times, you must have done it at least dozens of times ㅋㅋㅋ It's not like there are that many checkpoints, but 5 times is something ㅎ 

2. The fact that he's got caught so many times yet still drinks is freaking pissing me off

3. Even if his license is revoked, he will still drive, so his car should be confiscated and he shouldn't be allowed to buy another one...

4. Shouldn't they be banned from issuing a license altogether after about 5 offenses?
