[enter-talk] THE PERSON WHO DELETED HER PROFILE AND RETIRED FROM THE CELERBITY INDUSTRY TODAY

"[Exclusive] Kwon Eunbin, retiring from the celebrity industry... Last schedule, concert with CLC in Taiwan"

"Kwon Eunbin retires amidst 10 Years of glory and shame in the entertainment industry... Returns to commoner's life after CLC's concert"

Kwon Eunbin, a member of the group CLC and an actress, is ending her 10-year career in the entertainment industry and returning to being a private citizen.

Prior to this, she has arranged a special event to meet her fans one last time and will take the stage for her final performance as an entertainer. CLC, the group Kwon Eunbin belongs to, will hold the 'CLC 11th Anniversary Concert: After All in Taipei' at Zepp New Taipei on July 19 to meet with local fans.

Kwon Eunbin announced last month her intention to end her career as a celebrity. She stated on the open encyclopedia 'Namu Wiki,' "I have effectively suspended my activities in the entertainment industry and have removed all public profiles, including my Naver profile. From now on, I intend to return to the life of an ordinary person and live quietly. However, since the Namu Wiki document remains publicly accessible, the exposure of my private life and the burden continue. Therefore, I respectfully request the deletion of the relevant document in accordance with my wishes."

Having removed her profile from both the open encyclopedia and portal sites, Kwon Eunbin personally announced her retirement on the 16th. She explained the reason for announcing her retirement directly, stating, "I felt it was my duty to personally inform everyone who has supported me about my current situation and decision."

Kwon Eunbin stated, "During my long career that began in my teens, as time passed, I naturally spent more and more time contemplating my past, present, and future. At the end of that long deliberation, I decided to live the life of an ordinary person." She continued, "Looking back on the past, I realized that I spent the majority of my time suffering from emptiness and anxiety regarding the present and future, rather than having affection and love for my work. Furthermore, I regretfully spent my time merely avoiding and resolving those negative emotions, without making any effort to overcome them or grow. For years, I was wasting my precious time on meaningless activities that were of no benefit to me, and on relationships that were nothing more than shells devoid of any substance. I felt great regret regarding my foolish past self and the time I spent, and now I have decided to leave all those negative times and emotions behind and spend my time pursuing a better and happier future."

Kwon Eunbin, who says she is spending time filled with new and happy emotions more than ever before, stated, "I plan to wrap up all my entertainment activities after completing CLC's pre-scheduled overseas group activities," adding, "I sincerely thank you for your support and wish everyone happiness."
