[theqoo] THE BTS CONCERT IN BUSAN WAS RUNNING AN HOUR LATE (FROM 7시 → 8:16)

The concert was supposed to start at 7:00.

I heard that the audience's entry was delayed due to a shortage of the gifts given upon admission.

(Announcement being relayed on site)
"🔊 We would like to briefly address the audience members who have found your way to the performance hall. As there are still some audience members who have not yet entered, we will begin the performance immediately once all entries are complete."

"The announcement just came on saying it's delayed because they still haven't finished seating everyone. I'm starting to get sleepy now, it's been from 5 AM till now, and before the show even starts, I've got the stamina of having summited Hallasan. How did they plan this thing?"

"ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ There was no line from the start to entering, and fans just pushed past the fences to move forward. The metal detectors were broken, so they just checked tickets and let people in. The bracelets fell off, so we're waiting. Now it's gifts that ran out, so we're waiting. It's 6:53 right now, and there are 500 million people behind me."

"This is so f*cking absurd, it's gotta be real
Left hand QR, right hand bracelet, both arms shooting up while entering
It's so ridiculous and infuriating that I can only let out a hollow laugh ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
F*ck, who the hell designed this system?
Gave them 4 whole years and it's still this much of a mess
And in the middle of all this, a f*ck ton of people got through without even doing the verification"

"They said that there's no entry because there are no gifts?
It's only 5 minutesㅠㅠ"

I looked into it, and it seems the management is a mess.
Apparently, there were no restrictions on how many gifts anyone could take.

"I thought my face verification hadn't gone through, so I went to the ID check line, but they told me to go to the 2nd floor.
I went to the 2nd floor, and then they told me floor-seat holders should keep going straight.
So I just kept walking straight, only to end up back at the same place. When I asked where floor entry was, they told me you enter the floor directly from the 2nd floor.

Then my data stopped working, so I couldn't even pull up my ticket.
The line I was standing in wasn’t moving at all, people were starting to raise their voices, and no one explained why.

I basically forced my way in, and then they told me the gifts were sold out.
So I asked if I could get it after the event (though they probably won't give it, f*ck), and they said they couldn't guarantee anything, they didn't know either.

Whenever you ask a question, no one knows the answer. The staff aren't communicating with each other, and there's zero control over the situation.
A person who looked like the team leader was just scolding staff or part-timers..

Meanwhile, when audience members said, "But your staff told us to do this. We couldn't see," the response was basically, "Ah, yeah," awkwardly, and then they just walked away.

And on top of that, audience entry still isn't finished.
I only managed to get into the floor section at 7:40 PM... I'm so, so exhausted.

I started lining up at 3 PM, and it was seriously a complete disaster, a freaking mess.
People say events in Busan are always chaotic, but today was daebak"

1. It's not like this is their first time doing a huge concert like this, so why are they acting like this? ㅜ They didn't act like this at the Goyang concert, did they?? They were great at the Magic Shop concert, thoughㅠㅠ The fans must be totally drained before the show even startsㅜㅠ

2. They should either set aside one seat per person in advance and have people line up for standing room, or give out one ticket per person. If they just let people grab them willy-nilly, what are the staffing agencies doing? Are they just goofing off? Replace every single staffing agency. That's unbelievable

3. Hul, but what are they gonna do for the people who didn't receive anything?

4. They have been bad at doing their job for a long time now

5. No but it's not like it was their first time doing a concert so what is this?

6. They've always been like this. They've never done anything properly

7. Where are they spending all their money to be so bad at doing their work?

8. ??Why is the organization so bad??? It's not like they've never put on a concert before

9.
10. Those who need to travel to other areas after the performance will be in a bit of a rush
