On the 30th, BigHit Music told News1 regarding the delayed departure of a flight to Paris on the 26th, which occurred because CORTIS boarded late, "At the time, boarding was delayed due to heavy traffic caused by a road accident," adding, "We sincerely apologize to the passengers on the same flight for the inconvenience this caused."

However, the agency firmly denied numerous rumors that have recently circulated on online communities, including claims that CORTIS blocked other passengers' path and changed clothes in the boarding bridge at an airport, stating, "These claims are not true."

Regarding the incident in which CORTIS was seen remaining in the boarding bridge, BigHit Music explained, "This occurred after returning from a schedule in Japan last October. After all other passengers had disembarked, CORTIS exited last while organizing personal belongings."

The agency also addressed claims that CORTIS boarded late when departing for a concert in Japan last May, saying, "During the departure for the Japan concert in May as well, CORTIS boarded well before the boarding deadline."

Recently, online communities have raised allegations that CORTIS changed clothes in the boarding bridge before boarding a flight, causing its departure to be delayed. Additional claims also surfaced alleging that CORTIS has been late boarding flights on multiple occasions. In response, the agency has moved quickly to deny these allegations.
