1. Extreme sensitivity to noise (dog barking, babies crying, even background music can be too much)
2. Dramatic swings in motivation: highly productive one day, completely out of energy the next
3. Constant mental overload: feeling like there are hundreds of open tabs in your brain
4. Social burnout: even after a fun night out, needing several days to recover. +++
5. Only replying to messages when you have the energy to do so... otherwise not replying at all
6. Staying up late despite being exhausted (revenge bedtime procrastination)
7. Feeling compelled to get up and clean the house, research something, or start a new project, even when you actually want to rest
8. Being excessively organized one day and completely chaotic the next
9. Making lists to feel in control, then becoming overwhelmed by the lists themselves
10. Focusing so hard on whether or not to interrupt someone that you lose track of the conversation
11. Sitting in the car and struggling to go inside because transitions feel overwhelmingly difficult
12. Over-explaining topics in excessive detail
13. Having trouble processing verbal instructions and not remembering them unless they’re written down
14. Replaying the same mistakes over and over in your mind
15. Overanalyzing eye contact
16. Deep emotional sensitivity: immediately noticing even the slightest change in someone else's mood
17. Spending hours thinking about whether to send someone a message... or completely forgetting about them altogether

1. I was diagnosed and almost all of these apply to me
2. I'm almost all of those
3. Ugh I'm so tired
4. I also have ADHD and I'm all of the above. But I can't take the medicine because of a blood pressure side effectㅜㅜ
5. That's me... What to do? Should I head to the hospital?
6. Does taking medication cure this? Or is it incurable?
