We regularly file criminal complaints based on our real-time monitoring and the valuable reports submitted by COER. We would like to update you on our recent legal actions.
1. Legal Action Against Malicious Posts and Violations of the Artist's Rights
We have identified posts and comments across major online communities, portal sites, social media platforms, music streaming services, and other online spaces that infringe upon the rights of our artists.
We have identified posts and comments across major online communities, portal sites, social media platforms, music streaming services, and other online spaces that infringe upon the rights of our artists.
These include:
In addition, with the cooperation of Weverse, we have restricted accounts that posted content infringing on the artists' rights within the CORTIS Weverse Community. We are also continuing to report and request the removal of malicious content found across other websites whenever possible.
3. Strong Response to Privacy Violations and Fan Etiquette Violations
We are also actively responding to actions that invade the artists' privacy or threaten their safety.
Recently, we identified multiple cases of privacy violations and fan etiquette breaches, resulting in police reports, verbal warnings, and requests to delete unauthorized recordings.
- Defamatory and insulting remarks targeting the artists
- The spread of false information regarding the artists, their albums, and chart performance
- Maliciously edited images that violate the artists' dignity or create sexually offensive content
- Other abusive posts and comments
In addition, with the cooperation of Weverse, we have restricted accounts that posted content infringing on the artists' rights within the CORTIS Weverse Community. We are also continuing to report and request the removal of malicious content found across other websites whenever possible.
2. Investigation Into Illegal Distribution of Flight Information
As previously announced in the notice titled "[Notice] CORTIS Concert Etiquette and Airport Order Guidelines," we collected evidence against numerous major accounts that illegally sold the artists' flight information through social media and online platforms. Following the filing of criminal complaints in May, investigations are now underway.
Both selling and purchasing the artists' flight information constitute illegal acts under laws including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Information and Communications Network Act.
We will continue to cooperate fully with investigative authorities and monitor illegal distribution in order to eliminate this practice. We ask COER members not to buy or sell any of the artists' personal information, including flight details.

We are also actively responding to actions that invade the artists' privacy or threaten their safety.
Recently, we identified multiple cases of privacy violations and fan etiquette breaches, resulting in police reports, verbal warnings, and requests to delete unauthorized recordings.
These included:
Attaching small GPS tracking devices to vehicles transporting the artists.
- Trespassing into private areas such as the artists' residence parking facilities or lying in wait there, causing distress to the artists.
- Participating in events where the artists appeared by posing as staff or related personnel in order to approach or speak with them for personal reasons.
- Visiting undisclosed locations of the artists' private schedules that had never been officially announced, or persistently following them during personal activities.
- Closely photographing the artists without permission while they were sleeping or resting in airport lounges or on airplanes, or repeatedly following them.
Attaching small GPS tracking devices to vehicles transporting the artists.
Using local vehicles and drivers to relentlessly follow the artists throughout both official and private schedules.
There were also repeated cases involving individuals who had already been restricted from fan events due to previous etiquette violations. These individuals wandered inside the hotel where the artists were staying while waiting for them, or moved near the artists' seats during flights despite having seats in different sections. We intervened and issued warnings to those involved.
Should any fan etiquette violators verbally abuse or physically assault on-site security or operations staff during enforcement, or spread false information by distorting our legitimate efforts to protect the artists, we will actively consider and pursue all available legal measures.
We will always prioritize the safety and privacy of the members of CORTIS and will continue to respond firmly to violations of fan etiquette. We ask for COER's cooperation in fostering a respectful and healthy fan culture.
If you discover any acts that infringe upon CORTIS's rights, please submit a report through the HYBE Artist Rights Infringement Reporting Site (protect.hybecorp.com).

original post: here
1. Are they crazy? Just apologize already;;;
2. These f*ckers are the reason why the flight was delayed though
3. Don't go changing your clothes on the airport jet bridge and acting like an idiot who's habitually late
4. Other passengers affected by the flight disruption would have every right to sue, yet the audacity to turn the tables like that is absolutely insane.
5. They're just shooting themselves in the foot ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ã…‹ They should fix their own character before even mentioning lawsuits. They haven't even properly apologized for their own wrongdoings, for crying out loud
6. I'm seeing a pattern where they get themselves into a mess, then backpedals and release notices to "sue hate comments"
7. Surely they wouldn't be pushing something like this just because of today's controversy, right? Whether they sue over malicious comments or not is their business, but going forward, they really shouldn't inconvenience ordinary people by being late
8. I didn't leave any malicious comments, so you should apologize to the ordinary people who were affected by the flight delays instead ^^
9. It’s incredible how they try to silence any talk of airport nuisance behavior the moment it surfaces. When you coddle them like that, it’s no wonder they develop a sense of entitlement, acting brazenly even after causing trouble for others
10. Wait, are they threatening to sue because someone took a picture of them changing clothes on the bridge and reported it?
11. This is Bighit typical behavior
12. Wasn't it *they* themselves who infringed upon the rights of others...???
13. Wow... it looks like an apology should have come first; the agency is really bad at its job
14. Are you not gonna apologize?
15. If you have time to sue, you should try sticking to your flight schedule for a change ã…‹ã…‹
