Ok Joohyun: 
- These days, no matter how bad a singer is, they use autotune for post-production so intensely that it really annoys those who prefer live performances. (This is something fellow singers and sunbaes often talk about when we get together.) We need the vividness of a completely live performance, along with the results from skill and learning. Because of autotune, things that we thought "that absolutely cannot be aired" during recording all get weirdly standardized thanks to the tuning ㅎㅎㅎㅎ Honestly, it really pisses me off

- I don't want to be (associated) with them

- You might feel that what I'm saying is rude. But the truth is, seeing how people use autotune for post-production these days, it’s such a crazy world where everyone and their mom is just popping out to sing

Ok Joohyun: 

- It’s because we shouldn’t let these strange aspiring singers grow up thinking, "You can have a singing career even if you can’t sing." We have to nip it in the bud

1. Isn't she right though? The tone might be harsh, but I think the point is valid.

People may say that aside from Ok Joohyun, the group she was in doesn't have a good singer, but nowadays, groups don't even have a single main vocal anymore... 

2. But even in her days, there were lots of idols who can't sing debuting ㅋㅋ Of course Ok Joohyun is a good singer, and she's in a position to feel that way, but I feel like it's always been like that 

3. She's right. We've entered the generation where you get praised just for holding a hand mic ㅋㅋ  it's just funny

4. This is so true, it feels refreshing. And even with the post-tuning, they still suck at singing 

5. They're singers at the end of the day ㅋㅋㅋ If you're lip syncing all the time, you're not truly a singer

6. It's true, if you can't sing, just leave or at least put in more effort and gain some skills
