Seriously, I don't get it. And unless someone actually grew up abroad or is of mixed heritage, I hardly ever see anyone who's really good at English.
People just praise them to the skies for being "good at English" if they can sort of mumble the pronunciation and throw in a few "you know, like like". I'm speechless.
When I watch those videos, I feel vicarious embarrassment. I have no idea how bad their English must be for people to praise them like that, or if they're just being fawned over because they're celebrities. I just don't get it
