For me, it's Ella Gross
She had both Korean and international hype since she was a kids model. Even the general public knew about her before she got into K-pop.
She has a wealthy family background, from what I know, AND she has the visuals and the talent prevent her from getting into "untalented" controversies
She also has improved on her stage presence
She's in YG's (once) subsidiary company TheBlackLabel, who has all the capital needed to make her into the next Jennie
But so it me or, she really isn't as popular as she should be?
