In the post, Han Hyojoo drew attention because her double eyelid crease had become more pronounced and her eyes appeared much larger than before. Unlike her previously soft-looking eyes, she now has a more defined eye shape.

The poster pointed out her more defined eyes, mentioning last year’s “Alo” holiday pop-up photo call. Fans who watched the video suspected she “might have had double eyelid surgery,” and some even commented that they didn’t recognize her at first.
