9. I just can't shake off that image of him being so frustrated from that situation and holding his head in that video

10. They could have just treated it as an incident, pointing out that it’s dangerous and telling people to be careful (or asking for additional safety measures on the equipment). But the fact that he got so pissed off about the public service worker stepping on the ramp that he publicly shamed him with CCTV footage is a huge turn off... I watched the full video and it completely changed my impression of him
