Kwon Yuri of Girls' Generation is briefly leaving Jeju Island to make her debut as part of "Hyorisoo."

With Hyoyeon taking on the role of main vocalist and their debut recently confirmed, the members have had to travel to Seoul, where the major broadcasting stations are concentrated.

The timing is peculiar, as some netizens had been criticizing Kwon Yuri’s life in Jeju, dismissing it as merely "for show" or an attempt to "copy Lee Hyori." However, these criticisms were ultimately dismissed as baseless hate, or "forced negativity", after it was revealed that she had actually been living in Jeju for quite some time and acquaintances stepped forward to confirm they had frequently seen her there.

Hyorisu is now ramping up preparations for their debut; the group has begun practicing the choreography for their debut song, "Skibidi," under the guidance of the dance crew We Dem Boyz.
