[theqoo] PARK WI, FURIOUS AFTER TRIPPING OVER A PUBLIC WORKER'S FOOT + APOLOGY

"Park Wi, tripped over a public service worker's foot in the KTX fall accident; I'm so angry...Wow it was so terrifying."

"I suddenly got stuck on the rear wheel"

- I spun around and shot forward
- I'm so pissed, I'm losing it

- My lower body in particular has barely any sensation
- I have never fallen from such a high place before

- He put your foot on it to stabilize the ramp
- But if someone gets seriously hurt... It could be terrifying

The public service worker apologized immediately for the mistake

"Hello, this is Park Wi.

I sincerely apologize for disappointing many of you with the video I uploaded today.

At the time the incident occurred, I failed to consider the perspective of the staff member who did their best at the scene to help me and who respectfully apologized to me. I viewed the mistake that occurred in the process of trying to help me only negatively. I was immature in the way I conveyed my thoughts, and I was too quick to judge. I apologize to everyone who made an effort at the scene.

I also sincerely apologize to all the viewers who watched the video. I will take the advice and feedback you have sent me to heart and approach the process of creating content with a more mature attitude.

Because of this incident, I will be more careful and responsible in my future messages and actions. Once again, I sincerely apologize."

original post: here

1. If you make people feel that helping out could lead to them being "exposed" on YouTube should they make a mistake, that would be detrimental to both society and the individuals themselves

2. A common delusion influencers fall for is thinking that influence equals power. It ultimately boils down to the mindset of, "Just watch what happens when I feature something on my channel with a million subscribers." That's how they operate all the time

3. This Youtuber is honestly a Hannam

4. He still went and posted that even after receiving an apology on the spot? I thought he posted it out of frustration because no action was taken...

5. But what was the purpose of uploading the video? Was it to publicly call out an individual? Or was it to urge a public institution to properly train its staff? What was the conclusion of the video before the apology was issued?

6. Seeing this doesn't make me think I shouldn't help people with disabilities. But it does make me feel like getting involved with this kind of person would be nothing but trouble

7. Even though he got his apology right away, he's still blowing this out of proportion as if it were a major incident; it seems like he really wanted to make a big deal out of it

8. Oh... forget all that; the worker did their best and admitted they were inexperienced... so why is there even any debate about it?

9. Seriously what does he want from us from this video???

10. Even watching the picture, it's clear that the person tried to help him
