1. You might not necessarily have to disclose hair loss treatment, but I think you should definitely mention plastic surgery. Just because double-eyelid surgery is common doesn't mean it isn't surgery

2. I figured that if a double-eyelid surgery was enough to cause a breakup, it would be better to part ways than to end up divorced, so I told my partner about it before we got married

3. Of course you should disclose your double eyelid surgery. Imagine having a kid and their face is totally different
