[Nate] EVEN JENNIE'S EXHIBITION WAS 10,000 WON... FANS OUTRAGED BY JANG WONYOUNG AND AN YUJIN'S EXHIBITION PRICES

A media exhibition featuring IVE members Jang Wonyoung and An Yujin is sparking controversy among fans due to its high ticket prices.

The "An-Young Media Exhibition" is scheduled to run from the 5th to the 27th at The Seouliteum in Seongsu-dong. General admission tickets are priced at 30,000 won, while special tickets cost 66,000 won, more than double the price of the standard ticket. The exhibition lasts 60 minutes and operates in eight daily sessions between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

According to the official announcement, general ticket holders receive the admission ticket, a leaflet, an entry wristband, two types of photocards, a sticker, and an MD order sheet. Special ticket holders receive all the standard items plus additional benefits, such as an "original ticket," a special photocard set, an A3 poster set, and a photocard holder.

However, some fans expressed dissatisfaction, feeling the package contents were underwhelming given the ticket price. Reactions included comments such as, "It feels like I'm just going to get a photo card," "The base price is already steep," "The price gap is huge," "The perks aren't great," "Are they only holding this for the most popular members?", "It's a price point that only a fan would pay," and "There isn't even a photo of the two of them together." In particular, given the high proportion of teenagers in IVE's fan base, many are finding the cost burdensome.

Some fans drew comparisons by pointing out that tickets for BLACKPINK member Jennie’s photo exhibition cost 10,000 won. Jennie held the exhibition "J2NNI5" last January and donated 100 million won, combining the event's proceeds with her own personal funds. Reactions included comments such as, "Jennie’s was 10,000 won," "Isn't it the same kind of photo exhibition?" and "I don't understand why it's so expensive."
