"After seeing this photoshoot, a lot of the younger DAY ONE have been asking me how I diet... It makes me feel strange. To be honest, I am a bit cautious when talking about food or exercise. I worry that the younger friends might be negatively influenced by it. I am just sharing my daily life with DAY ONE, but my eating habits or how I exercise are by no means the absolute right answer. Everyone has a different body and constitution, you know."
"And since I have a job where I'm in the public eye, I exercise frequently and sometimes have to control myself to some extent, but I believe that dieting is ultimately for your own health and to become happier. I don't think it's good to diet for the sake of others or because of what others think. I know this all too well because I've been through it myself. As I mentioned in the interview, taking a rest is really important in life, and if you live with too much obsession, it actually makes things harder and seems to have a counterproductive effect."
"So, I hope the DAY ONE don't look at what I ate or how much I exercised to compare themselves to me. I just want you to see it as, "Oh, this is how Seoyoon spent her day today." I hope everyone eats well, rests well, and stays healthy and happy. That is really the most important thing."

1. She said the right thing
2. Honestly, when Annie first debuted, I knew being an idol was her dream, but looking at the long term, I wondered if it was really the best career move for her.
However, seeing how she carries herself since debuting changed my mind; I realized she’s truly smart and that being an idol is a real asset to her life. She comes across as both approachable and wise.
3. It really feels like she understands the influence she has on her fans; she's smart, yet so warm-hearted
4. You can tell she's thoughtful about her influence to especially younger fans
5. Perhaps because idols have such a strong aversion to dieting and starving themselves, she's the first to stop anyone else from skipping a meal
6. She's a smart one
7. Annie isn't just a golden spoon, but a metacognition spoon
8. Oh she's cool
9. I really love how, instead of just scolding fans, she shows empathy by saying, "I’ve been there too." Whether it’s a genuine shared experience or a harmless white lie, it’s a really great way to communicate
10. She's a cool woman
