"Hello, here is an announcement regarding "EXO PLANET #6 - EXhOrizon [dot]."
While continuously monitoring ticket reservations to ensure a fair booking environment, we identified multiple instances of suspected irregular booking activity during the fan club pre-sale held on the Melon Ticket domestic site on August 27, 2026 (Thu) at 8:00 PM (KST).
In accordance with the policies regarding irregular bookings previously announced on the ticketing page, the identified reservations will be cancelled and fully refunded without prior individual notification, and the accounts involved in these attempts will be blocked from making future reservations.
Seats that become available due to these cancellations will be released again according to the schedule below; only members who have already completed fan club pre-sale verification on the domestic Melon Ticket site are eligible to book these seats.
- Re-opening period for cancelled seats: September 16, 2026 (Wed) 8:00 PM – 11:59:59 PM (KST)
- Eligibility: Members who completed fan club pre-sale verification on the domestic Melon Ticket site by August 27, 2026 (Thu).
※ Payments for this booking can only be made using cards issued in Korea. (Bank transfers and cards issued overseas are not accepted.)
※ Ticket reservations will be temporarily suspended from 4:00 PM to 7:59:59 PM (KST) on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, to prepare for the re-release of seats previously cancelled due to unauthorized booking and to ensure a smooth reservation process.
※ Following the re-release period for cancelled seats, starting at 12:05 AM (KST) on Thursday, September 17, 2026, anyone, including those who did not complete fan club pre-sale verification on the domestic site, will be able to purchase these cancelled tickets.
We will continue to monitor for and take action against unauthorized bookings and illegal transactions to ensure that audience members who follow proper reservation procedures are not disadvantaged.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in fostering a healthy and fair ticketing culture.
Thank you."

1. Wow, I can't believe this actually worked! ㅜㅜ I verified my eligibility for the pre-sale but couldn't participate in the actual ticketing because something came up in my schedule, but this feels like a sign telling me I’m meant to go to the concert
2. I just wish SM had done it this way from the start... I think I'll just be grateful to Suho-nim 🙏
3. I'm jealous
4. The only way for those Chinese groups to mass-produce domestic cards is by cloning them, right? It's not exactly easy to open a local bank account or get a card issued, even if international students are selling them. I'd say requiring payment via a domestic card is the strictest restriction for booking domestic advance ticketsㅇㅇ
5. Korean cards, let's go!!!!
6. Please, learn from this, pleaseㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜㅜ
7. Freaking amazing
8. Let's just do this, buying tickets for a domestic concert from a Chinese scalper is seriously absurd
9. If this is possible, why aren't other places doing it? They need to introduce support for domestic cards
10. That's a relief, they listened to the fans' requests. I hope everyone succeeds in getting tickets.
