"[NOTICE] Response to Posts Infringing Upon the Rights of Artist Mark Lee

Hello, this is Summer, the in-house counsel at UPPER ROOM.

First, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to the fans for the great anticipation and love shown for our artist Mark Lee’s new single, “My Friend.” Much like a cool breeze at the end of a sweltering summer, we hope this song brings a pleasant sense of refreshment to your daily lives.

Since our establishment in the first half of this year, we have been continuously monitoring various online platforms and social media channels for malicious posts targeting the artist, including malicious slander, the spread of baseless falsehoods, and violations of personal rights.

The artist is currently more concerned about the emotional hurt and stress that fans might experience due to these malicious posts than about the impact on himself. Therefore, for the sake of both the artist and the fans, we intend to take firm legal action against malicious posts and comments that constitute cyberbullying.

We promise to continue doing our utmost to ensure that the relationship between the artist and the fans remains a beautiful interaction centered on music.

8. People were already hating on him the moment he bought a house. A fan pulled the certified copy of the real estate register and found out it was designated for actual residence
