Actor Song Joongki was captured grimacing upon hearing the name of his ex-wife, fellow actress Song Hyekyo.

A video recently circulated on various social media platforms, drawing significant attention, which shows Song Joongki encountering local fans on a street abroad.

In the footage, Song Joongki, dressed casually in a baseball cap, a sweatshirt, and jeans, with his hands tucked into his pockets, is seen greeting the fans who recognized him in a friendly manner.

At one point, a fan from the Chinese-speaking world mentioned "Song Hyekyo," prompting Song Joongki to briefly grimace and show signs of discomfort.

However, Song Joongki quickly smoothed out his distorted expression, replaced it with a bright smile, and greeted the local fans.

Upon seeing this, netizens both in Korea and abroad rallied behind Song Joongki, with comments such as, "That was clearly a rude act," "Song Joongki should have thrown a stone at her," and "It must have been difficult for him to keep his composure."

Meanwhile, Song Joongki began a romantic relationship with Song Hye-kyo while filming the 2016 KBS2 drama *Descendants of the Sun*. The two married in October of the following year, but their divorce, finalized by mutual agreement just one year and nine months later, left many fans saddened.

Later, in 2023, Song Joongki remarried Katy Louise Saunders, a British woman and former actress. The couple is now enjoying a happy married life and has two children, a son and a daughter.
