1. ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Just looking at the list of potential nominees, did they just lump everyone together under the "Asian" category? Between the genres and the songs, what kind of nominees are these?

2. Seeing them all gathered like this, it’s even more obvious that this category is totally baseless ㅋㅋ

3. It’s painfully obvious that whichever artists win this award are going to face coordinated hate campaigns and mockery, just thinking about it makes me feel sick

4. It’s even more ridiculous than I imagined. It’s absolutely awful how they just lumped everything together under the label "Asian" without any regard for genre similarities

5. Honestly, I think this is a great opportunity for our country's artists, too. I expect a few to get nominated, and it would be even better if they actually won. Fighting to everyone 

6. Seeing it like this, I can better understand why people were calling it discrimination...

7. Honestly, what actually changes if you get that title? ㅋㅋㅋㅋ It’s just like being a frog in a well, trapped inside that "Asian Pop" label ㅋㅋㅋ

8. Racial discrimination starts with segregation, and that move is basically a blatant declaration of intent to discriminate based on race

9. Just the fact that aespa and Kenshi Yonezu are grouped in the same category is... I mean, their music is completely different...

10. Then again, what more can you expect from a local event?
