Actor Lee Joon-gi reportedly made approximately 1.5 billion won (~1.13M USD) in capital gains by living in the same luxury apartment in Jayang-dong, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, for 14 years.

Lee Joon-gi reportedly lives with his younger brother in a 207-square-meter (approximately 2,224-square-foot, or 62-pyeong) unit in the complex. The apartment features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

"Star City is well known as a complex where many celebrities have lived," the channel explained. "Numerous stars have come and gone over the past 14 years, but Lee Joon-gi has continued to live in the same unit."

In the same year, Lee Joon-gi also purchased a home for his parents. He reportedly bought a 378-square-meter unit in Cheongna Prugio, located in Cheongna International City, Incheon, for 1.73 billion won. The unit was said to be the largest and highest-floor residence in the complex, and he gifted it to his parents.

After securing comfortable homes for his family, he continued his active acting career.

Lee Joon-gi made his debut as an advertising model in 2001 and rose to stardom in 2005 after playing Gong-gil in the blockbuster film 'The King and the Clown', which attracted more than 10 million moviegoers.
