"Since H.O.T. stands for "High Five of Teenagers," Lee Sooman originally planned to have them graduate when they turned 20"
However, his plan failed due to their massive popularity.
So he tried a rotation with TVXQ, but that failed too due to their massive popularity.
Then he tried to gradually add members in his next group by calling it SUPER JUNIOR '05, claiming it was a project group, but that also became a regular group due to their massive popularity.
Then he experimented with EXO to see if maintaining the brand was possible by including Chinese members. He thought, "If 2 singers sing the same song, it will work!" but it failed because of the Chinese members.

1. Since rookie groups are hard to recoup investments on and don't generate much profit for the company, isn't the strategy to take an already established, successful group and just swap out members one by one? That way, they can keep making huge profits while maintaining the contract structure of a rookie group.
2. If we fill the group entirely with Chinese members, I feel like they’ll just fly like pigeons before even graduating. Let’s add some others to the mix instead
3. Lee Sooman originally wanted to implement a rotation system modeled after Japanese idol groups, I wonder how it’ll play out this time...
4. Why does he *need* to do that rotation thing or whatever? Look at SUPER JUNIOR, they’ve been active as a group just fine for 21 years now...
5. I thought his new group was a fixed group???
6. At Lee Sooman's age, it might actually be better to fail with *that* than to fail after trying something entirely new
7. Everyone told them that this kind of system doesn't suit Koreans, but he keeps on insisting with it
8. At this point, he's just doing whatever he wants
10. I hope he really gives up on it if it fails again this time...
