I think that Han Sohee just likes piercings and that she didn't get them because she was having a hard time mentally. She kinda has that Hongdae-disease (T/N: hipster/street style/alt style). Just looking at her old pictures, she had a lot of tattoos, and she even had a picture of her smoking cigarette..
