Even right now, there are countless couples desperately hoping for a baby, spending money and time on treatments, going to work while injecting themselves in the stomach.

If she had just said something like, “Because of my age, the chances with treatment aren’t high and I don’t have the courage to start, so I’m hoping for a natural pregnancy,” then no one would have felt hurt or angry.
