Whether I'm traveling domestically or abroad, I always end up walking around a lot, so I always lose weight after a tripㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
It's basically like travel dieting...
Even when I feel like I ate so much, I still end up losing weight or staying the same

1. I travel to eat but I eat so much that I end up losing weight
2. Even if I walk 20K steps a day on average, I still end up gaining weight
3. I would lose weight on the trip but end up having such big cravings after the trip that I gain even more weight 2~3 days later;
