Sunye, former member of Wonder Girls, posts then deletes tribute to late conservative activist Charlie Kirk
Sunye (36), formerly of the group Wonder Girls, posted and then abruptly deleted a tribute to the late Charlie Kirk, a supporter of former US President Donald Trump and a conservative political activist.
On the 16th, Sunye uploaded a memorial video of Charlie Kirk on her social media account, which included the phrase: “Until his final moments on this earth, he shared his Savior, Jesus Christ.”
The video showed a woman standing at a podium that read: “Charlie can rest in the merciful arms of our beloved Savior, Jesus.”
Along with the video, Sunye also included a Bible verse from 1 John 4:9–10:
“This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.”
However, not long after posting, Sunye deleted the tribute.
