Hello. This is Starship Entertainment.

We would like to inform you of the current situation regarding the trademark rights of our artist, IVE.

We have confirmed that this action was taken independently by an agent without prior consultation with us. Upon becoming aware of this matter, we immediately reviewed the legality of the process and promptly withdrew the lawsuit. We deeply regret any confusion this may have caused.

Starship Entertainment respects the rights and interests of those who have diligently maintained their business for many years, just as it protects the rights and interests of its artists. Going forward, we will be even more meticulous in our management to prevent similar incidents from recurring, and we will do our utmost to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings between artists and fans.
