Hello.

This is Lee Yi-kyung.

The reason I did not share my stance earlier was due to my agency’s request to refrain from commenting until I hired a lawyer and completed the criminal complaint against the perpetrator.

A few days ago, I visited Seoul Gangnam Police Station to complete my statement as a complainant. I conveyed my position regarding the rumors and finalized the legal process for defamation charges based on threats and false accusations.

I felt furious at every moment. A person claiming to be German, whose identity and existence are unknown, repeatedly appeared and disappeared, even sending threatening emails to the agency months ago. The agency advised me to remain calm, stating there was no need to engage in a truth battle over false claims.

Although netizens claimed the post was fabricated within a day and disappeared, I received a request to step down from the variety show, and we chose to withdraw voluntarily. During the previous ‘noodle-slurping’ controversy, I clearly expressed reluctance, but they insisted, saying they had rented a noodle shop because of me, and my line, “This is for variety!” was edited out. After the controversy erupted, the production team only made the absurd remark that they were in a hurry, leaving me to bear the backlash alone, which severely damaged my image.

I was informed that I would only appear in VCRs for other variety shows, but I learned through articles that I had been replaced.

Currently, my filming schedule remains unchanged. I recently finished shooting the movie *Generational Regret*, and my work on a Vietnamese film, overseas drama, and variety shows is progressing well.

The conclusion you are curious about: Once the warrant is issued, the suspect will soon be identified. Even if they are in Germany, I will personally submit the complaint there. There will be no leniency for malicious commenters.

Lastly, I am grateful to the fans who believe and wait for me, and to everyone who trusted and stood by me: *I Am Solo*, *Brave Detectives*, *Handsome Guys*, and all others.
