Former ADOR CEO Min Heejin’s side has once again stated its position regarding the group NewJeans.
Attorney Roh Young-hee of Law Firm (LLC) Roh appeared on the YouTube channel “Maebul Show” on the 17th and conveyed Min Heejin’s stance.
The day before, Min Heejin had expressed her position during a live broadcast on Attorney Roh’s YouTube channel “Roh Young-hee TV,” saying, “The essence of all this is that I’m the real target, but don’t drag the kids into it. The children must be protected and must not be used.”
On “Maebul Show,” Attorney Roh explained, “(Min Heejin) said she knew that all five members were going to ADOR, congratulated them, and encouraged them to work hard. She said, ‘I won’t hold anyone back.’”
Roh continued, “HYBE said they were confirming the intent regarding three members. (Min Hee-jin) thought, ‘I genuinely believed all five were going; the appeal period had ended; it was natural for them to return, and I even congratulated them, so why did ADOR create a 3:2 split structure?’ That was her sentiment, she felt it was unfortunate.”
Roh also said, “I wasn’t trying to take Min Heejin’s side. She originally gave me power of attorney to represent her. I intended to take the case, but it seemed like it would become too big and I might not be able to handle it properly, so I canceled it,” adding, “During that process, she said she felt wronged and wanted to speak on ‘Maebul Show,’ which is how the appearance happened.”
The “Maebul Show” team added that the process of dividing which members would return to ADOR remains “within the realm of speculation based on currently available information.”
