ADOR has notified NewJeans' Danielle of the termination of her exclusive contract.

ADOR stated on the 29th, “In Danielle's case, we determined it would be difficult for her to continue as both a NewJeans member and an ADOR artist, so we notified her today of the termination of her exclusive contract.”

Minji, Hanni, and Danielle unilaterally declared their return to ADOR through their legal representatives. ADOR subsequently engaged in lengthy discussions with the three members and their families.

ADOR stated it notified Danielle of the termination based on the judgment that it was difficult for her to continue as both a NewJeans member and an ADOR-affiliated singer. Furthermore, ADOR identified former ADOR CEO Min Heejin and one member of Danielle's family as the parties behind the exclusive contract dispute involving NewJeans.

ADOR stated, “We plan to pursue legal responsibility against the one member of Danielle's family and former CEO Min Heejiin, who bear significant responsibility for causing this dispute and delaying NewJeans' departure and return.”
