ADOR stated to YTN star today (29th), “We plan to file a complaint for liquidated damages and compensation against Danielle within today.”

Following its victory in the exclusive contract lawsuit, ADOR has been exploring a return with the NewJeans members.

Members Haerin and Hyein have finalized agreements to return to ADOR, while discussions have continued with members Hanni, Minji, and Danielle.

However, ADOR notified Danielle of the termination of his exclusive contract today. ADOR claims Danielle's family bears responsibility for the recent dispute.
