What I don't understand is if they call themselves "Korean idols", then shouldn't these groups be mostly composed of Korean members?
If this is how it's going to be, why bother searching only within Korea to find a group to obsess over? Might as well scour all the overseas groups instead...
Especially WISH, are they a Japanese group...?
Seriously fascinating

Other nationalities might be like that, but any group with Chinese members should be thrown out

I honestly don't understand WISH. They can't even speak Korean;;

WISH was originally intended to debut in Japan, but ended up becoming a simultaneous Japan-Korea group. Moreover, they initially planned to debut with 3 Japanese members and 3 Korean members. However, to improve the group's quality, they added one more Japanese member. Then, one Korean member had to withdraw from debut due to health reasons. That's why they are now 4 Japanese members and 2 Korean members

Countries with deep-seated anti-Korean sentiment are desperately trying to cash in on K-pop
