Official Statement from Taxi Agency
Hello. This is Taxi Agency, responsible for booking today's event with Barrie.
We sincerely apologize for the delays in the photo call operation today, which caused journalists to wait.
However, as some incorrect information regarding the artist's arrival time at the photo call has been circulating, we wish to provide the detailed circumstances.
The brand had informed Ambassador Jang Wonyoung that her arrival time was 11:30 AM. Ms. Jang Wonyoung arrived and was waiting directly in front of the event venue by 11:25 AM.
The event operations manager requested that Jang Wonyoung's team wait, stating that parking in front of the venue was not possible. Consequently, Jang Wonyoung waited for approximately 10 minutes, awaiting the call sign.
Due to the event staff's delay in giving the call sign, Jang Wonyoung received the call sign at 11:35 AM instead of the previously informed 11:30 AM and made her appearance.
