Ahead of the release of their second mini-album “GREENGREEN,” the group CORTIS has surpassed 1.22 million pre-orders, demonstrating the overwhelming momentum of their comeback.
According to record distributors YG Plus and Universal Records, pre-orders for CORTIS’ (Martin, James, Joohoon, Seonghyun, Keonho) new album totaled 1,227,986 copies as of the 2nd. This achievement was reached in just one week since pre-sales began on the 27th of last month.
Notably, this figure is approximately three times the first-week sales (436,367 copies) of their previous release and debut album, “COLOR OUTSIDE THE LINES.” Considering that there is still more than a month remaining until the official release date on May 4, the final pre-order total is expected to rise further. Previously, CORTIS became the second K-pop artist to achieve “double million-seller” status with a debut mini-album, so all eyes are on the new records she is set to establish with this new release.
