We would like to inform you about the status of our ongoing legal actions.
Our company is pursuing legal action against acts that cause significant harm to the personal privacy of our affiliated artists, including the spread of false information, defamation, s****al h***ssment, deepfakes, personal attacks, insults, and invasions of privacy.

Among these, the act of creating, distributing, or possessing illegal obscene composite materials is not only a malicious crime that s****ally insults and mocks artists, causing them great shame, but also a serious offense that can lead to severe defamation and damage to their image by creating misunderstandings that they are the individuals involved through sophisticated composites. Accordingly, our company is continuously cooperating with investigative authorities through evidence collection and submission of complaints, and we are actively petitioning the courts for severe penalties.

As a result, the majority of suspects in the deepfake cases handled so far have been apprehended, and individuals including Park** (4 years imprisonment, 5-year employment restriction, 80 hours of s***l violence treatment program), Lee** (3 years and 6 months imprisonment, 5-year employment restriction, 40 hours of s****l violence treatment program), Ko** (3 years imprisonment, 5-year employment restriction, 80 hours of s****l violence treatment program), Lee** (3 years imprisonment, 5-year employment restriction, 40 hours of s***l violence treatment lectures), Oh** (2 years and 6 months imprisonment, 5-year employment restriction, 40 hours of s****l violence treatment program), Cha** (2 years and 6 months imprisonment, 5-year employment restriction, 80 hours of s*****l violence treatment program), and others, totaling 12 people, have been sentenced to actual prison terms for violations of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment of S****l Violence Crimes (such as dissemination of false video materials). Despite the defendants' appeals and final appeals, all were dismissed, and their sentences have been finalized, with them currently serving time in prison.

The majority of deepfake offenders share illegal obscene composite materials through overseas SNS platforms with high anonymity to evade investigation networks; however, our company is closely collaborating with multiple law firms in the United States, and through the investigative authorities' tracking investigations, these individuals are also being apprehended without exception. We inform you that related investigations are still ongoing.

Criminal penalties for creating, distributing, or possessing deepfakes are being imposed very strictly, so we ask for your special attention to avoid any regrettable involvement.

On the occasion of this notice, we extend our deepest gratitude to platforms including Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, Discord, and DC Inside for their cooperation in our response efforts.
