[theqoo] THE HOT FOOD THAT'S BEEN SWEEPING EUROPE FOR THE PAST YEAR, CALLED THE SUCCESSOR TO MATCHA, THAT IS ONLY BECOMING KNOWN IN KOREA RIGHT NOW

Ube

A root vegetable widely cultivated in the Philippines and frequently used in desserts.

The taste is roughly similar to a sweeter sweet potato.

It was really hot overseas and swept through Europe, but it was really quiet in Korea... until now that it has spread on social media, it seems like it might be making its way in.
