According to the real estate finance industry and the Supreme Court Registry Office on the 3rd, Haechan purchased a unit with an exclusive area of 164㎡ at 'Acro Seoul Forest' in Seongsu-dong 1-ga, Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for 8 billion won last August and completed the transfer of ownership last month. This is the highest price ever recorded for a unit of that size. Given that no separate mortgage is registered on the land registry, it is presumed to have been purchased entirely in cash.
Acro Seoul Forest is a landmark complex in Seongsu-dong consisting of 280 units, completed in 2020. Along with the nearby Galleria Foret and Trimaje, it is known as one of the "Big Three of Seoul Forest." It is known for adopting a T-shaped design instead of the typical curved design, allowing every unit to offer views of Seoul Forest and the Han River.
