[theqoo] IU'S MEETING ROOM ACTING IN 'PERFECT CROWN' (FT. SCRIPT)

She's usually good but I feel like her tone is a bit off...

original post: here

1. I like IU but I agreeㅠㅠ

2. It's not severely bad but I don't think she pulled it off either

3. The script is the issue

4. This drama is just so cringe

5. IU's pretty

6. It was good though?

7. IU should stick to roles like WLGYT, this doesn't fit her

8. I think it was fine

9. I like IU's acting

10. I couldn't even finish the episodeㅠㅠ

[theqoo] MBC DRAMA 'PERFECT CROWN' WHICH PREMIERED TODAY IS FACING CRITICISM THAT THE SCRIPT IS THE BIGGEST PROBLEM

It premiered today and just ended,
but while opinions are split on the acting. some say it's good, others say it's bad, but the bigger issue is the script.

The general consensus is that it lacks plausibility, the pacing is disjointed, and the flow is constantly interrupted, making it feel scattered.

There's nothing particularly outstanding about it, but among the various criticisms, the script, directing, and acting seem to be the most frequently cited as weak points.

Since it was a contest-winning script, many viewers had high expectations, which is probably why so many are even more disappointed.

(OP's review: The sound design is seriously off. It feels like a drama made for short clips... The script is really disappointing, but I'll probably keep watching until tomorrow.)

original post: here

1. I found it fun though

2. It's fun and IU's acting was good

3. Byun Wooseok indeed looked like a prince...

4. The directing, the script.....

5. It's too childish

6. I found it severe

7. It was so outdated and boring. I tried watching ep. 1 and gave up

8. I enjoyed it so much

9. It does feel like I'm watching an old drama

10. Because of the lead, they already got a lot of buzz. If the plot is good, even if it's "outdated", the viewership will be good
